Thanks Sara, you are so kind. I've been researching for months and just can't find anyone to answer the question: Am I doing more harm than good by doing the Budwig diet for prevention of cancer? Due to the prescription drugs I am taking, along with, my biggest concern: does flax inhibit estrogen related cancers or promote it? For now I think I will use flax oil and ground chia seeds. the best of both worlds. with yogurt cheese. I live in the states so getting good oil isn't a problem.
