Thanks Megan. How do you best recommend going about getting rid of parasites? I have Barefoot's Dewormer as well as Schulze's liver products and also some organic Black-Walnut and Wormwood ticntures. I know I need to do more liver flushes, and would love to do them every day, but have been scared off into being patient with them because I do not want to further upset my kidneys/adrenals with constant flushing, electolyte imbalance, whatever. Also, do you think I should endure the anxiety, panicky attacks and keep using the castor oil pack knowing that its healing me?? I would appreciate your insights having gone through this before. Many thanks!
