Thank you. I am generally a very laid back person and have not experienced anything like this since 1998, although when I get too stressed I tend to worry too much, which to me has long been a clue for weak adrenals, but I never knew how to effectively address it.

I have now been wondering if I had started taking Iodine back then in 1998 as well - it is possible, as I was under the care of an ND back then too.

What is Natural Calm?
