I found the best way to hurry up the detox was to up my dose of Iodine and companions for a short while, 1 week in my case. This worked for me , but others have tried pulsing the dose, or having a break altogether. We are pretty much all experimenting here. What may work for you may be a disaster for others. We need to take responsibility for our own health, and sometimes that means making mistakes, (we've all done that too). Good luck with your journey, its not always fun, but it is interesting.
