I have had a similar incident in 1998 after which the doctors wanted me to take some anti depressants and some anti-anxiety drugs, but they made me feel worse and I pretty much stopped taking them after a day or two and have not touched any since.

But I have been a black tea drinker all my life (2-3 cups a day) and I understand black tea is high in fluoride. Could this be an issue?
