I've been doing Pregnenalone for a while now. I forget to do it - partly because when I use it for several days - I magically feel a lot better and so as with most things - forget it might be helpful to actually keep on top of it.

Pregnenalone rocks. So does homeopathic progesterone. There are a few compounding pharmacies you can get it from online. I'll slept like a baby after popping one of those under my tongue. I think it was Hahnemann labs I got it from.
