I just put 1 drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement plus 5 drops of citrus acid in a measuring cup...Ilet it activate for 3 minutes...then I added about one cup of distilled water and then a half a teaspoon of neti-pot salt.
After stirring I poured the above into an old empty rinsed-out Xylitol mist sprayer(any used mist device should work).

Well,it produced a fine mist and I sprayed it up my nose into my sinuses...so I had the courage...and I will continue trying this and keep you informed. I had no ill-effects - probably becasuethe solution was pretty weak...I may strengthen the solution over time but taking it slow now.

I've been suffering with sinus fatigue for almost a year since my doctor could not diagnose until I showed him the CT scan and rediology result confirmation that I had to pay for. Sorry for the rant...not too happy with the medical field these days.

I will keep you informed if I have progress. I am also drinking 5 drops Miracle-Mineral-Supplement twice a day.
