The basic components of the olive oil concoction would be 4-8 ounces of olive oil with 4-8 ounces of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (or a lemon juice substitute). Some would add to this coca cola (4-8 ounces too), or i have heard about ginger juice, but haven't tried it. I would imagine this would be a tablespoon or so. No Epsom Salt in the olive oil, just 4 and 2 hours preceding it.

You could probably do a search in this forum for recipes to explore more of the alternatives.
