Hey everybody,

I have been trying to use castor oil packs for a few days now and I have been placing them over my abdominal region and especially my liver as I believe that my liver is very congested. However, each time I do I get this energy that radiates up from that region to my head and makes me really hot, very anxious, and very panicky. I have adrenal issues, and I believe my liver to be at the heart of a lot of it. Is this reaction I am getting a normal one, perhaps a healing reaction? Or is this the way my body is telling me that this is not the place for it? Maybe should I be putting the pack over my adrenals/kidneys instead? I would appreciate any input, thanks!
