Thanks for your sharing and I agree that we can help each other. I had the same question about if you juice in advance like that don't you lose much of the nutritional value? I guess Uny will respond to that. Also, I heard that you need to take the intestinal formula
#2 with a pint of water and thirty minutes before or after anything else. Are you doing that or are you drinking juice with it? How many days have you been juice fasting now and for how long do you intend to continue?
