Interesting, the thought that people have constantly elevated water levels when eating a diet containing salt.

Because I don't eat salt now, this means that my weight gain after a fast will be less. However it also means my weight loss during a fast will not be so great in the first few days either.

I may put that to the test one day, though no immediate plans to do so.
