It was recommended that I use 3 essences and I only needed them for less than a month I used larch to open up my throat chakra and for some mother issue I was unclear of. Then I used the yarrow which I only needed for 2 weeks and I have used morning glory as I am a slow riser in the morning. My experience shows that my body knows how long to take it, and they are no longer effective once that issue is resloved.
I think FES was founded by an understudy of Bach who expanded where Bach was rigid. You dont have to type out the whole Ayehasherayeh even though that's who I AM. You can just say Anthony.
