I think this thread has gone on long enough to explain my problem at home - wow.

I have always enjoyed the smell of my husband (he's not into "health" like I am...I'M the one who changed into wanting to be healthier...and encouraged him to follow...we were both junk-food junkies when married).

Anyhoo, I still enjoy his "smell" - he never really smelled bad. He thinks I'm weird cuz I'll nuzzle right into his "pits" so-to-speak.

However, my smell to him has gotten less than rave reviews since I went healthy. He always enjoyed "my" smell until I got into healthier eating habits. Now it's "YUCK, get that onion (or garlic, or herbal) smell away from me...can ya chew on a mint or something? - your breath STINKS!"

And it wasn't from putrefaction - it was the smell of good-for-you herbs! Now I understand. Since I've gone back to eating like him, he's happy again.

It's a terribly stressful (and hurtful) situation to be in...but I do love the guy.
