IMPORTANT - I have been taking cordyceps for a short while and have found that it thins the blood - so for those who are taking blood thinners - I would take that into consideration and be very careful.

It also lowers your blood Sugar - so Diabetics - be careful!!

Have had to lower my dosage to two times a day because of the blood thinning. Still good though.
