It is a good idea, when you keep passing stones on the day after to complete with an enema (colema) so as to expell all the nasty stuff fast.

With liver flushes, feeling better usually occurs after the 3rd one. Healing candida it is the protocole to keêp doing them, two weeks apart (they can be nasty on the kidneys and you dont want to do them until your kidneys have recovered), and this until the second day after you've started the flush you feel a great improvement. It mught take 2 or 4 flushes, everyone is different. BUt that is the procedure and then, you should do either a kidney cleanse or a bowel cleanse, depending on what you've done thus far and what your body tells you.
