Hi Sara,
I think it does tend to reveal something about a person who offers a negative vote, and then shys-away from giving their reasons by avoiding a reply!!!

Your comment Sara is just so spot-on.............

Quote.."Again it comes back to diet. Fasting a minimum of one day a week and no stress of course. In most cases we tell the person to think of others first but in this case I am sorry guys, it all has to be about me. Because if I don't focus on me there can never be others".

Reply....Absolutely. We are only in a position to help if we are first and foremost able to help ourselves first, and from a position of strength at that.

My waistline?
Getting a bit personal aren't we?

Well the last time I looked at my feet from a standing position........................I could still see them!!!!!
Joking aside.......32 inches to be precise, with a chest measurement of 40 inches.........(I take a D Cup).
No offence anyone!!!

A friend of mine who has Alzheimers had arranged a meeting of fellow sufferers in his local area, but didn't attend: he forgot about it!!!
Only joking.
Sometimes laughter can be the best medicine.

High cholesterol means you are less likely to get Alzheimers or any other form of dementia as the Brain is so dependent on this substance for its proper functioning as it is composed of about 60% fats.

Anyway who is to say what is High or Low cholesterol when Big Pharma keep moving the goalposts to suit their own agenda?
Same can be said for the interpretation of high blood pressure.
BTW my own resting BP is 122 over 82: that's if these figures actually mean anything.

Not bad for a middle-aged man whose kids think he is "uncool" and "dated", to which I quoted Oscar Wilde.........."The trouble with youth is........it is wasted on the young"!!!

Speak to ya soon.

Regards

Chrisb1.
