Hi All..

How can I flush DHEA out of my system?

I have experimented (STUPID STUPID) me.. with 25 mg DHEA every other day for about 2 weeks.. I took 7-keto for the last couple of days instead of the DHEA.

I just started my period early. and it is so scant. this has NEVER happened. I just read that it can cause PCOS in women. I have never had any menstrual issues, have been like clock work my entire life.

I am also losing hair.

Hair i care less about than my cycle. Should I take some estrogen to flush out some of the excess tesosterone I think I am making?

Please help. I am really concerned and afraid I have messed up my fertility and perhaps my head of hair.
