I ordered the IF # 2 from Dr. Schultz's website a day before I read your post on how we can get it from you. I will need other things, so i now know where to get them from. The kale and spinich sounds good! Wheatgrass is very expensive where I live for just a 4x4 container. Unfortunitly I live in a apt, so no garden. Do you think I should take the IF #1 even though I have no constipation?
