I've seen similar benefits while doing the colon IF #1-2 cleanse. No PMS, MUCH lighter period, no cramps, no clots, lessening menopause symptoms (i.e., no night sweats), and increased female libido. I haven't used the Female Formulas, although at some point I think I will. Just have bigger fish to fry right now. :-)
