I just watched "A Delicate Balance - the Truth" and the more you look into it, the more you realise we are living in complete and utter insanity. http://adelicatebalance.com.au/

For me I am now eating a healthy diet, the next logical step for me is to grow my own. This is our planet, we should learn to feed from it, not a supermarket.
