I do not have the acnemd bottle in front of me, but it's nothing new, just zinc, copper, niacin and some herb that I cannot recall.

As for the aloe product, I am going to go off of it due to the price tag, but it's far more than just freeze dried aloe.

You should be able to tell that I am not a sales person with my past posts, I've tried just about everything and my skin cleared within a few days while taking both of the products I suggested. It's probably not the final cure for me, but it's beyond nice to be confident in my own skin. Good luck
