I've been wanting to do a Colon Cleanse for a while but have always put it off because it seemed very time consuming and complicated and i felt i didn't have the willpower to do it mainly.

I Was thinking of taking Yerba Prima Great Plains Bentonite Detox + Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Powder, Together daily but also wanted to start drinking apple cider vinegar and detox tea. can this all be done at one time? i wanted to continue drinking ACV even after the Colon Cleanse too so should i start afterwards?


and is it fine to just take those two things? do i need to take the mineral supplements and herbal formulas too. and do i have to do another cleanse after this one?
