Young Living is the cadillac of essentials, but they are almost prohibitively expensive.

The only thing I ever put in my mouth is Oil of Oregano, and that is for oil pulling, so I don't swallow it. I have slathered a lot of stuff on my face however, and I have bathed in a lot of different oils too. I love lavender the best for almost everything.
