I'm having a similar experience. I went down to around 30-40mg of Iodine a day for a while, almost two months I guess. My ovaries are now sore again, my breasts are harder after I have my period and there's a bumpy part on the left ovary, yet again. Interesting. The Iodine is doing it's job. But - I think between halogen detox and what's needed to help my hormones reset themselves - a higher dosage is still going to be needed for a while. The squeezy throat is back, too!
