That's true, just starting to sing again seems very healing.....just the thought of it has calmed me. Just starting again, anywhere, would be a good beginning.

I will keep notebook next to my bed to jot down my dreams when I wake up.

Does it mean anything that in ayurvedic medicine I have a Pitta imbalance, too much fire not enough water? Could that mean not enough creativity/spirituality/arts? I get covered with red hot hives, rashes, acne, fevers, night sweats, ...its all part of my strange illness. I have to eat pitta reducing foods or else I am in big trouble. Pittas have lots of drive/determination/discipline all traits i developed to survive med curriculum.

The Red Dragon questions are very interesting and difficult. I have to really think about the answers to those questions.
