Liverflushing helps too for backproblems and I do them.

Spinal stenosis is narrowing of the spine so I don't know if a inversion table would help for that. With surgery they remove the spurs.


I still see a chiropractor since one leg is longer than the other but I tell him not to do my lower back. He uses a "clicker".

I know people who had the surgery and went back to skiing.
