I'm going to bring Watermelon Gazpacho (how is that spelled again?)

Watermelon & mango, pureed
watermelon & mango, cubed in the puree

lime juice, honey and ginger, mixed, then poured in the puree

chilled to let the flavors mix.

You guys won't believe this when you try it!
