You'd get further help if you provided your date, time and place of birth. You may be missing important details that your chart presents.

First of all, IC is not the Descendant. The Descendant is the 7th house cusp, not the 4th.

Second, the 10th house represents career as well as social status. That said, your destiny and career don't necessarily have to be "away from home".

Third, note the quality of your 4th house. It is in Aquarius, so it could that your home environment is a little different from the typical "home, sweet home" you see for the average family.

The above hints at a person who may work, and build his career, from home.

The important here is that you shouldn't allow yourself to be "trapped" by your South Node. In other words, don't let your "lust" for applause to take precedence. Your Master-Cleanse will fall into place in due time.

You also mention Sun in Pisces and Neptune in Sagittarius. Are they in square?

Anyway, consider providing your full birth data. It's impossible to be accurate without it.
