I thought that fruits should not be combined with vegetables. Also I thought it best not to combine fruit with anything, for example that its best to eat fruit by itself or sufficiently before a meal and not after. So when juicing I always thought it best to drink either fruit or veggie juice, and not to combine them. What is the story on this?
