Thanks for the breakdown Unyquity.

The thing that still baffles me a bit is that there is so much information out there explaining how our soils are mineral deficient such as Empty Harvest by Bernard Jensen . It would almost seem impossible to get sufficient or more than sufficient amounts of all necessary minerals without some form of additional supplementation.

Could you maybe clarify this, as I often hear about a lack of mineralization in the soils. After hearing about this constantly I guess its made me believe it must be impossible to get enough minerals from diet alone. I hope I'm wrong.

As far as mineral supplements go wouldn't whole food supplements such as Garden of Life and New Chapter suffice to bridge this gap. I tried sprouting for a while there, but I'm so sensitive to molds it seemed difficult to eat them consistently without reacting, although I'd wash them frequently it didn't seem to help.
