You have to make sure the EO is 100% Therapeutic-Grade.

Young Living EO is OK to take orally. I put several drops of their Lemon EO in my glass of water. Never had a problem.

Also, there is an EO forum on CZ. Dig through the posts and you'll find what you're looking for.
