In some instances, colloidal silver will help eczema, but far from all instances unfortunately.

Did you note how they were sure to include a quote by a medical expert saying that the studies were premature, no one should try such alternatives, more studies were needed, etc.?  It happens practically every time a study indicates that something other than a mainstream approved medication or treatment is effective.
