Yes thank you Unyquity! Its so true about vitamens! I have been vitamen free for 4 years! The only difference I have noticed is in the pocketbook! When I used to take them I would feel real sick after taking them. With herbs/tinctures its not like that at all! Well.. sometimes Or. oil makes my stomach feel sick. But that is for anther reason.
