I wanted to know if you think Ashwagandha is better than Maca for overall adrenal health? Or is it a good idea to take both? I'm on armour thyroid medication and I think its affecting my adrenals. I'm also in full menopause. I want to wean off the armour, and lay off all supplements for now to give my body a rest. The only problem i have when I try to stop the Armour is, I start getting the swollen eyelids and face edema again. It looks really bad. Any suggestions?
