There are few "organic" sources of fish and I am not sure that they would be mercury free even if they are certified organic. The fish needs to be tested by an independent lab.

Vital Choice (vitalchoice.com)is a good source of wild fish (especially wild salmon) -- it was recommended and tested for mercury by dr. Mercola of mercola.com.
