yes, absolutely. I also was an omelet eater...after 20+ years of not eating an egg at all(must've had a run-in with a spot of blood in an egg as a wee one, anyway, they repulsed me for a looooong time). and runny yolks? fuggedaboutit, no WAY!!!!

Now I love a lightly poached egg on ezekiel bread. Love to sop up the yolk with the bread bits.

and yes, this recent development is just....since.....IODINE!
