Hi!

Just stumbled across your post actually...and found it interesting in that i menstruate at full moon...every full moon! It started occuring about 3 years ago...when i cleaned up my diet alot...started doing cleanses etc.
Flow has been manageable and very rarely painful, just abit of lower back ache on the previous day.

I too also wondered about the apparent rhythmn my body has adapted to the lunar cycle and find the whole subject intriguing!

It has a plus side that i no longer have to work out dates etc! hahahaa :-)

I'll have a google on it and post back if i find anything we both would find interesting and of benefit :-)
