Thanks for your input you two. I just realized that I made two changes! These last two flushes with the capsules just leave me feeling like I haven't fully flushed at all. I have decided to go back to the traditional way and see what happens. I've been flushing since 2005 and have never felt the way I have like after these past two flushes....like something just isn't quite right.
