I am on my 7th or 8th flush (2-4 week intervals) and decided that I'd try it with homemade ES capsules. 18, 00 size, taken with 1 cup of water and water in between. My normal Liver-Flush results are 100-200 pea-sized stones per flush. The two LFs I have done with the ES capsules have been dramatically different. I get way fewer stones (about 10) but the stones are LARGER and they tend to be covered with the brown stuff and I find myself digging around a bit. The only dietary changes I've made is figured out some food allergies and adjusted my eating considerably. I eat no fat starting that morning like the directions say.

soooooo.......

Do I start LFing into a strainer to catch them so that I may hopefully find more and count them?

Should I go back to the traditional Liver-Flush and see if I get 100-200 little stones again?

Any ideas are appreciated!
