I know...as I was reading the White Wind I kept thinking: Ollie is going to love this! I just knew it would resonate with you.

And, yeah, you're just in time for your Wavespell! How perfect is that....? Hope you are having a wonderful day filled with Spirit and Presence....and maybe some events today that till give you some more clues to unlocking and freeing some secrets within you...

I am well! I had such a great Saturday...what with the figure-8-ing bird that chose ME as the center of the 8 as it swooped down upon me, and all. I also went to Mile Zero with my friend right on the ocean and we did some Mayan movements towards the setting sun (the most stunning sunset we have ever seen! Purple mountains, sparking ocean, orange and hot pink sky! wow)....then came back to my back porch which, luckily looks East right at the Moon in full Eclipse! coool. We meditated as we faced the moon and I felt tingles throughout my whole body as I visualized connecting with all the thousands of others that were helping to raise the vibration and heal the earth! ooooooh. It was good.

Since that night I have had a great dream (see dream forum) and have felt very calm. That feeling of 'no time' has stuck with me and I'm not very aware of the Future - just paying attention to Now and Being. Yeeeehaw - it just comes so naturally right now. It's quite a relief, ya know?

Well, I hope you have a Magical Wavespell!! Do some writing each day on your Question and the Answer and your Intent. There isn't a right answer and if it seems difficult to synthesize it all, just write....write about anything you're feeling. The key is to have some synchronistic moments with what you read, what your question and answer are, how you're feeling that day and what interesting events conspire!
