absolutely. Had a textbook perfect period the first month after commencing supping, then no period for 6 months. Then a 10 day period, constant bright red flow, no clots or off-color blood. Then a few missed ones, then back to normal, which is where I am now.

BTW, was 47 and peri-menopausal when I started. Am now 49 and have no signs of menopause.

And, prior to iodine, had always had a predictable cycle. Predictable with cramping that involved my entire lower body, heavy flow the second day, and off-color blood at the end.
That first period after starting Iodine was amazing, so easy.
