You should try Dr. Richard Schultz's 5 day detox kidney cleanse program. I had pains in my back and frequent urination for 3 years, and it was getting worse i literally had to get out of bed at night 10 times and all through the day. I did a strict 5 day kidney cleanse by Dr. Richard Shultz, 2-3 days after i finished the cleanse i realized that i no longer had to urinate, i had normal urination,, i was so excited!.. It seems that his kidney cleanse actually targets the kidneys.. So before you do anything do that.. At the very least you will have a great cleanse and feel better all around,, I did Dr Shultz's 2 week Bowel Cleanse before i did the kidney cleanse,, i think thats important.. Take care
