The lab that did my test gave detailed information with the results, showing the stages and where I fell. I am guessing youare stage five, because your cortisol levels are so close to what mine were. You had nine in the am I was 11, and the other levels are almost the same as mine. You can get completely better from this level, but you don't want to get worse.
You need to educate yourself, as you said your doctor doesn't know. Read websites: drrind.com he shows how you can test yourself and there is a lots of info
stopthethyroidmadness.com
realthyroidhelp.com gives many links with adrenal info

There is a great book by James Wilson, ADRENAL FATIGUE, The 21st Century Syndrome. Great info, but his remedies are not strong enough when your adrenals are really weak, but it can help to learn how to care for your health.

There is also a doctor who is in England, who was suspended or something for treating people in the right way for thyroid/adrenal problems, his name is Dr. Barry Durrant Peatfield, you can google him, famous doctor there, and many people got help from him.
