I just wanted to thank everyone for their support and positive suggestions. I wish this was an 'event' meaning it was over in one 30 day period but I do agree that it is a 'process'.....and probably a new life long habit of the protocol every 3-6 months....and many other positive new habits that will take a long time to adjust to, but all for the better. I did have an intuitive 'voice' about 18 months ago that said 'It really does matter what you put inside of you' - most of my life I could ignore that intuition and was fine - now I know it's time to adjust for the better!

You are what you eat.....try to make it GOOD!
