I have read in many places that we should not eat peanuts - as they can have mold.

Other nuts are fine and do not have mold, but be sure to buy RAW and organic.

Raw because the oil in nuts turns rancid in a few hours, when they are roasted... and rancid oil is not good for us.

Raw almonds are easier to digest soaked overnight in pure water. About 10 a day is about the right amount.

2 to 3 Brazil nuts a day is good so as not to have too much selenium.

A handful of walnuts everyday is great for our health.

Speaking of mold.... I have also read in many places the corn develops mold in a few hours after it's picked - so unless you can pick it and eat it right away you should avoid it if you do not want mold in your system.
