Sounds like a build up of acids in the system with no were to go. That is why it is so important to get the guts, moving expelling toxins. The body will eliminate these what ever way it can and will result in a great many "diseases". Also get away from any sugar, artifical sweetners, and caffine. Many of these items over stimulate the nervous system, try and due a three day fruit fast will help.
