u do realize that candida causes acne, don't u??...............just about any skin condition can b caused by candida..........it sets up the colonies & then it goes to infection, bingo, acne.........and if it's outside the body, i.e, ur skin, u have plenty of it inside...........the reason Iodine helps, is it helps the thyroid & that helps circulation which brings oxygen & nutrients.......but if u have an overgrowth of candida, u need something more..........fix ur gut........
