Oh yeah forgot about the book. I am reading a new website that is absolutely wonderful and his outlook on food and raw diets is great. Wait, let me look.

I am on his mailing list and he send tons of stuff and really don't have time to read it all but he is one of the smartest guys I know. Love his tip about teeth decay and fruit as a myth and how we should rinse our mouth after eating fruit.

I read some of his other stuff and when you sign up for his newsletter he sends you some free downloads from recipes to how to loose weight. Yesterday posted on the basics of a raw diet. So check him out.
