as i have gotten older, ihave found most of these pains to be stress or attitude induced.

the biggest stress for most people is money worries. everytime i'm broke some part of my body starts to hurt.

another is family politics. my girlfriend never gets sick until right before her mother shows up for a visit. or her shoulder starts hurting.

or love life problems.

i usually can disarm the pain upon realizing the specific trigger or i go to the 5-element acupuncturist and it is solved.
