Thank you for your support! It definately means alot to me. This fast is really important to me, on a spiritual/emotional level as well as for the physical detox and weight loss.


Yes, keeping busy is a great suggestion, thank you.
Hopefully spring-time weather will soon be cooperating and I will be able to spend more time outdoors.
